The RYM Church Internship Program (CIP) is an apprenticeship opportunity that benefits the local church and the intern in their present and future ministries.
The CIP will...
1) Serve, encourage, and train men and women in the legitimacy and merits of long-term ministry to youth and families.
2) Serve the local church in reaching and equipping middle and high school students for Christ in the context of its’ own church body and community
Interns gain practical training and experience in youth and family ministry, biblical and theological education, and a coherent philosophy of ministry that is applicable to whatever church context they serve.
Local churches gain additional and affordable help in their ministry to youth in their church and community.
Ministry to youth and families in the Church will be enriched for the long term as the CIP is instrumental in raising up youth and family ministry leaders who are more experienced, intentionally educated, and connected with others promoting health and sustainability.
