The RYM summer internship is a wonderful service opportunity for college students who desire to be used of God in serving the local church, students and leaders in reaching youth for Christ during RYM’s seven summer conferences.
RYM interns will be responsible for helping with, but not limited to the following: conference operations (set up and break down), church registration and check-in, coordination of Mega Rec team games, facilitating activities and sports tournaments, creating evening entertainment and skits, operating nightly security and other behind-the-scenes work that is necessary to run an effective conference by God's grace and for His glory.
RYM summer interns work as part of a team on the many small tasks that make up the larger picture of RYM summer conferences. This team is a living picture of the body of Christ in action: all different types of people, personalities, and gifts working together for the sake of the Gospel. The days are long and tiring, but they are full of fun and memories!
