The Church Internship Program...
1) Serves, encourages, and trains men and women in the legitimacy and merits of long-term ministry to youth and families. Interns gain practical ministry experience, biblical and theological education, and a coherent philosophy of ministry that is applicable to whatever church they go on to serve.
2) Serves partnering local churches in reaching and equipping youth for Christ. Local churches gain additional and affordable help for their ministry to youth and the significant role of shaping the heart and mind of future church leadership.
The Church Internship Program will enrich ministry to youth and families in the Church by raising up new leaders who are experienced, intentionally educated, and connected to a netork of churches and leaders - promoting health and sustainability.
